If you are considering installing a pool, do your homework. To know that you are taking the right steps to contact your building commission premises. They can tell you where to start and what to do.
Builders must be registered with the Commission expert constructors of the Board. It must maintain a record of current construction. Before signing a contract with any builder to ask to see your registration card, or visit the website of the Construction Commission. Once a builder has social, get a contract. 4. An agreement signed to meet the requirements to provide
5. A security barrier / Poolside
Also, the geometer will, a copy of planning permission (if necessary) and copy of insurance certificate (from your builder pool). Be issued with a certificate of final inspection and a copy will be given to the constructor. The certificate must be issued before filling the pool.
Once the pool is full, you must contact your local water authority, that to find out if water restrictions apply. You will need to fill two forms, one is the request for exemption from water, the other is the water conservation plan. Under the water conservation plan, is the list of areas where water saving, for example, water saving shower nozzle, dual flush toilets. Some water saving devices for the system to reduce the requirements of Government Victoria. Your pool builder can help with these forms.
Your warranty will begin once construction is complete and has been issued a certificate End of the builder. Your pool will be covered for 6 years in national insurance builders. Contact your builder with any concerns about your pool.
